We show this picture and the rest of his remarkable work under three separate catagories,  as his art fits into each: Art Deco, Symbolist, and Pastoral & Visionary.

This magnificent, large version of the hunter godess, Diana, engraved on paper and signed, is an earlier work from 1942. Diana is poised, bow and arrow ready. The setting, though of a pastoral nature, is permeated with the vibrance and vitality of the female classical deity.
