You may wish to arrange a viewing of the picture and we would be pleased to provide this, but please remember that you will need to make an appointment first.
It is sometimes possible for us to come to you, though this depends on location.
Payment for purchases in the UK can be by cheque, cash, debit card, bank transfer, Mastercard, Visa. We do not accept American Express.
Payment from customers overseas can be by Mastercard, Visa, (we do not accept American Express), or by International Money Transfer. Please contact us to discuss the arrangements. If payment is by bank transfer, it must be made in GBP, pounds stirling, so that the full amount reaches us. All bank charges must be paid by the customer.
If you prefer to purchase a picture by paying in instalments we can accept post-dated cheques or an arranged series of payments by card over a period of three or four months. The picture is available for collection at the end of this period.
If a picture is to be sent, the cost of postage and insurance will be added. We will quote the extra price for this when you order. Works on paper are generally sent flat and are sometimes hinge mounted (matted). Packages are insured and usually sent by Royal Mail and larger pictures by Parcel Force. Sometimes we use other courier services. It is occasionally necessary, when the picture is particularly large, to send in a tube.
Packages sent overseas normally go by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, with tracking, and need to be signed for on delivery. On occasions, we may use other courier services. We will supply you with the tracking number. Any import duties must be paid by the purchaser.
