Herbert Bourne c1820 – 1885. An English line engraver based in London and exhibiting in London 1831 – 1835, also engraving plates published in the ‘Art Journal’ between 1851 and 1886, and contributing plates for S. C. Hall’s Royal Gallery of Art in 1858 & 1860. This is An engraving of Millais’ early Pre-Raphaelite painting ‘Isabella’ which was itself inspired by the poem by Keats.
