Laid paper copy on Van Gelder Zonen. This one number 732 of total edition of 1000.
Condition is very good. Slight bending to the two upper corners but without scuff marks. Some slight foxing to five initial pages (four of which are blank) prior to the pages with numbering, and with one of these with general darkening. Otherwise, interior is excellent.
The 87 delightful, original illustrations by Carlègle are vibrant, bright, decorative and attractively coloured, and are interspersed throughout this beautifully produced book.
