This the dedication copy with signed presentation inscription incorporating a printed dedication “Written [For Annie Lou] by Bill. 1937”
Dedicated to Annie Lou, the recipient of numerous love letters and erotic verses from the author between 1932 and his death in 1939
Original vellum-backed cloth, slight rubbing and fading to spine, corners a little rubbed, some marking and abrasion to front free endpaper. Plates are excellent.
